この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、onebis（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション
「ToDo Tab」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、
本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 適用
- 本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する当方とユーザーとの間のすべての関係に適用されます。
- ユーザーは、本規約に同意しない場合、本アプリを利用することはできません。
2. サービスの内容
- 本アプリは、タブごとにタスクを分類して管理できるタスク管理アプリです。
- ユーザーが入力したデータはすべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーや第三者に送信・収集されることはありません（詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください）。
- 本アプリは無料で提供されます。アプリ内課金や広告はありません。
3. 利用条件・禁止事項
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 本アプリのプログラムの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブルその他これらに類する行為（法令で認められる範囲を除きます）
- 本アプリの機能を破壊または不正に妨害する行為
- 当方または第三者の知的財産権その他の権利を侵害する行為
- その他、当方が不適切と合理的に判断する行為
4. 知的財産権
- 本アプリおよびこれに関連するプログラム、デザイン、商標、ロゴその他一切の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
- ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成したタスク・タブ等のデータに関する権利は、ユーザーに帰属します。これらのデータは端末内にのみ保存され、当方がアクセスすることはできません。
- 本規約は、ユーザーに対し本アプリを本規約の範囲内で利用する非独占的な権利を許諾するものであり、知的財産権を譲渡するものではありません。
5. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの完全性・正確性・有用性・特定目的への適合性、および不具合やエラーがないことについて、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
- 本アプリはデータを端末内にのみ保存し、クラウド同期・バックアップ・データ移行の機能を提供しません。端末の故障・紛失、OS やアプリの更新、アプリのアンインストール等により、保存されたデータが消失する場合があります。ユーザーは自己の責任において必要なデータを管理するものとします。
- 当方は、本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことによりユーザーに生じたいかなる損害（データの消失を含みます）についても、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
6. サービスの変更・終了
- 当方は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更・追加、または提供の停止・終了を行うことができます。
- これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当方は前条の定めに従い責任を負いません。
7. 本規約の変更
- 当方は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく本規約を変更することができます。
- 変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、ユーザーは変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法・管轄裁判所
- 本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠します。
- 本アプリまたは本規約に関して当方とユーザーとの間に紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the mobile application
"ToDo Tab" (the "App") provided by onebis ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you are deemed
to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Application
- These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users concerning the use of the App.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. The Service
- The App is a task manager that lets you organize tasks by tab.
- All data you enter is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to or collected by our servers or any third party (see our Privacy Policy for details).
- The App is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases or ads.
3. Conditions of Use and Prohibited Acts
When using the App, you must not engage in any of the following:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals;
- Acts related to criminal activity;
- Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App's program, or engaging in any other similar acts, except to the extent permitted by law;
- Acts that destroy or improperly interfere with the functions of the App;
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of us or any third party;
- Any other acts that we reasonably deem inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the App and its related program, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials belong to us or the rightful holders.
- Rights to the data you create in the App (such as tasks and tabs) belong to you. Such data is stored only on your device, and we cannot access it.
- These Terms grant you a non-exclusive right to use the App within the scope of these Terms, and do not transfer any intellectual property rights.
5. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is". We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the App's completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects or errors.
- The App stores data only on your device and does not provide cloud sync, backup, or data migration. Stored data may be lost due to device failure or loss, OS or app updates, uninstalling the App, and similar events. You are responsible for managing your own data.
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages (including loss of data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Changes to and Termination of the Service
- We may change or add to the content of the App, or suspend or terminate the App, without prior notice to users.
- We are not liable for any damages incurred by users as a result, subject to the preceding section.
7. Changes to These Terms
- We may change these Terms without prior notice to users when we deem it necessary.
- The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. If you use the App after such changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of a dispute between us and a user regarding the App or these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
